About Me

I left my first Yoga class feeling more alive and happy to inhabit my body and mind, something I hadn’t felt in a long time. Returning the next day, I have continued to come home to myself through Yoga ever since. Yoga helps peel away the armor of our bodily and mental conditioning, freeing us from physical and emotional holding. My classes are influenced by various teachers, starting with Monica Angelucci of Prague Yoga in 2006.

I draw inspiration from traditions and teachers such as Paddy McGrath, Acharya Venkatesh, and Anodea Judith. Meditation has always been integral to my practice, encompassing Zen, Theravada, and Yoga traditions. My aim is to offer a practice that encourages learning from your Yoga experience and trusting your body/mind’s innate wisdom. As each person’s relationship to Yoga is unique, sharing this experience helps evolve the tradition of Yoga.
