Chakra Flow Yoga

Chakra Flow Yoga will guide you towards flexibility, strength and mental clarity.  The Chakra system is a mind body map through which we organise our life-force.  It helps us identify areas of the mind and body which need to be awakened or balanced.Suitable for all levels, each class begins with breath work and core strengthening.  Hone your awareness as you move through challenging poses using the breath as your guide.  Enjoy deep relaxation at the end of each class.

Meditation 

Meditation is the practice of concentration or paying attention to the present moment. Evidence has shown that a regular meditation practice can have innumerable benefits such as improved relationships, a better ability to deal with the stresses of life and overall improved well-being. This course draws on practices from various traditions. Each week a different form is introduced so that participants learn how to adapt a practice that suits their learning style and enjoy bringing meditation and mindfulness into their daily lives.

Gentle Flow Yoga

This is a gentle meditative Yoga class, great for beginners or for those who want a slower paced and relaxing Yoga Practice. Chakra Flow Yoga will guide you towards flexibility, strength and mental clarity. The Chakra system is a mind body map through which we organise our life-force. It helps us identify areas of the mind and body which need to be awakened or balanced. Enjoy deep relaxation at the end of each class.

The Art of Breathing (Pranayama)

A breath regulation practice that helps physical wellbeing, clarity of mind and stress reduction.  Pranayama classes focus awarenesson the actions of the breath.  As the group perfects their breathing method participants can begin to work more deeply andregulate the breath.  Students should be able to sit comfortably on theground (with or without support) for 20 minutes.

Private Classes

Traditionally Yoga was taught on a one on one basis so that the teacher could completely focus on the students individual strengths and weaknesses. Everybody  and everymind is completely unique therefore, your individual practice will be unique in how you adapt it to suit your body, mind and lifestyle. In a private class I’ll help you design a personal home practice that suits you.
